She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dzialo and Nellie Dzialo; and her husband William Yurchyk. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia DiFrancesca (Joseph) of Old Saybrook; her grandchildren, Tricia Maynard (Mark) of Lisbon, Dr. Michael DiFrancesca (Lorin) of Pennsylvania and Dr. Joseph DiFrancesca (Karen) of Lebanon; and her great grandchildren, Chelsea, Kayla, Leah, Madison, Nathan and Daniel.
