He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Konopka; and his sisters, Helen Whitcomb and Stella Bowen. He is survived by: his parent Marcella Konopka (Gorniak); his wife June Konopka (Mongeau); his sister Katherine Terpilak of Silver Springs, MD; and his sons, Gerald and Daniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
