He is survived by: his wife Antoinette DiTerlizzi; his brothers, John of South Fork and Thomas of Windham, CT; his children, Douglas Haynes of Lebanon and Judy Kirchner (Haynes) of Plainfield; and his grandsons, Anthony Haynes of Lebanon, Steven Haynes of Lindenwold, Dylan Kirchner of Norwich, Justin Kirchner of Clovis and Liam Kirchner. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
