He was predeceased by: his father Russell H. Montminy, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ashley Burke; his friend Anthony; his grandparents, Earl Burke, Janice and Janet Montminy-Eligio (Sal); his aunts and uncles, Joshua Burke (Sylvia), Angela "Angie" Montminy, Jen Montminy and Chris Montminy; and his extended family Morgan Nairn (Keith). He is also survived by cousins; and many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be made directly to Ashley Burke for assistance with funeral expenses.
