He is survived by: his stepdaughter Jessica Watson of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Kelsie Kay, Codi (Ingrid Kay) of Columbia, Abigail, Kate and PJ Watson of Wisconsin; his brother Gary Russell of Colchester; his nieces, Beth Kiss (Doug) of Coventry and Brenda Lincoln of Webster, NY; his nephew Donald (Rena Russell) of Colchester; and his great grandchild Phoebe Kay.
