He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Augustine and Gladys Augustine (Blachowicz). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Augustine (Sandra) of Wallingford, Roseanne Paulauskas of Boise and Janet Augustine of Port Charlotte, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Augustine, Adam Augustine (Michelle), Christina Russell (Todd), Steven Augustine (Casandra), Bryan Augustine (Rei), Amanda Kitts (Josh) and Amy Hunt.
