We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Frank Card Perkins (Killingly, Connecticut), born in East Killingly, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivan Perkins and Viola Perkins (Johnson); and his spouse Rosamond Flagg. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Smith (Wayne) of East Hartford, CT, Melody Ingalls (James) of Brooklyn, CT and Mary Blain of Danielson, CT.; his great grandchild Laura Muollo (Ingalls) of Dracut, MA; his children, Theo, Alex, Ezekiel Blain of Watervliet, NY, Eric Ingalls of Rego Park, NY and Nicole Puhlick (Blain) of Amston, CT; his grandchild Gabriella; and also, Tyler, Rose and Zachary Blain of Hebron, CT. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
