Earle E. Long Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2020, at the age of 70, Earle E. Long of Killingly, Connecticut, born in Putnam, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earle E. Long to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Earle E. Long, Sr.; his brothers, Michael J. Long and Todd E. Long; his stepbrother Emery Richardson; and his wife Susanna C Long (Kanerva).
He is survived by: his mother Cecile Vezina (Vezina) of Palatka, FL; his daughter Karla Long of Central Village; his sisters, Cindy Long of Niantic, Susan Charbonneau of Barnet, VT and Kathleen Benjdid of Salem; his stepmother Gloria Long (Richardson) of Danielson; and his stepbrothers, Daniel Richardson of South Killingly and David Richardson of Brooklyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current situation with the pandemic, a graveside service with full military honors will take place Saturday December 5, 2020 at 11am at South Killingly Cemetery, Danielson. Masks and social distancing will be required.
In lieu of flowers, his daughter requests that donations be made to any of these charities for veterans: Gary Sinise Foundation; Homes for Our Troops; Wounded Warriors Project; and Wounded Warriors Family Support.
