Fazzina (Killingly, Connecticut), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lucian Fazzina (Lou); her parents, Doris Hartley (Bolger) and William Hartley; her sisters, Doris Fiske and Marion; her brother-in-law Salvatore Cianci; her daughter-in-law Kristina Morgan; and her grandson-in-law Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Fazzina (Kerry) of Columbus Ohio, Mark Fazzina (Christine Knepp) of Columbus, Scott Fazzina of Storrs and Kevin Fazzina (Katrina) of Danielson; her grandchildren, Rachel Fazzina, Camryn Fazzina, Reilly Fazzina, Ana Fazzina, Will Fazzina, Jordin Fazzina, Katie Tebo (Tyler) and Christian Fazzina; her great grandchild Bentley Tebo; her niece Ann Salcedo (Fiske); and her nephew Mikel Fiske.
