He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Simons (Goodwin); his parents, George Simons and Margaret Simons (Larson); his brother Leroy Simons; and his brother-in-law Peter Karoll.
He is survived by: his children, James Simons (Debbie), Ruth Simons and Nancy Dlugolenski (Alex); his grandson Mark Dlugolenski; his siblings, Richard Simons (Shirley) and Barbara Karoll; and his sister-in-law Polly Simons.
