He was predeceased by: his parents, George McLellan and Alma McLellan Nickerson (Crabtree); and his siblings, Russell, Louie, Lawrence, Arnold, Eugene, Ivan, Murray, Daryl and Jane.
He is survived by: his wife Ursula McLellan (Todoli); his sister Audrey (John Bergenty) of Plainville; his children, Danette Lee Cherniak (Walter) of Maryland, Darice McLellan of Simsbury and Glenn Robert McLellan of Vernon; his grandson Ryan Cherniak (Courtney) of Michigan; his great grandchild Colin Robert of Michigan; his granddaughter Erin Lee Reeves (Patrick) of Maryland; and his sister-in-law Jane D'Angelo of Waterbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
