He is survived by: his pet Samantha; his siblings, Marsha Kulas (Philip), Susan Skene (Jeffrey Laviana), Lynn Johnson (David), William Skene (Shawn) and Nancy Quinn (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Kyra Kulas, Caitlin Laviana (Paul Tyson), Spenser Laviana, Corinne Laviana and Dylan Laviana; and his caregivers, Christine, Jessica and Mike.
