She was predeceased by: her husband Bronislaw "Ben" Jakubowski; her parents, John Bellantuano and Jennie Bellantuano (DiPinto); her siblings, Lucy Villano, Vincent Bellantuono and Anthony Bellantuano; and her cousin Lucy Tanasi.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Nancy) of Wallingford, Ronald (Aurora) of New Britain and Mary-Jane Lam (Gary) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Stacey, Jason, Nicholas, Connie, Sarah Jakubowski, Michael, Keri, Jonathan and Jennifer Lam; her great grandchildren, Alex, Maddie, Katie Marie, Kevin, Elizabeth, Nathan, Emma, Joey, Nora and Myra; and her siblings, Jack Bellantuano and Josephine Lanza. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, all services will be private.
