She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Buchas and Nellie Buchas (Ewanoski); and her son David Smith. She is survived by: her husband Donald Oliver; her son Daniel Smith (Julie) of Kensington; her stepchildren, Steven Oliver of New Britain and Kate Pina (Donovan) of Texas; her siblings, Michael Buchas (Anne) of Wallingford, Charlie Buchas (Lindley) of Tennessee, Janet Buchas of Florida, Patty Papagna of Ohio and Cathy Yost (John) of South Carolina; and her granddaughters, Daphne and Fiona.
