She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Waleszczyk; her parents, Jacob Gacek and Anelia Gacek (Wozniak); and her brothers, John, Peter, Jacob and Dr. Edward Gacek.
She is survived by: her children, John Waleszczyk of Kensington and Jean Waleszczyk; her granddaughter Sierra Waleszczyk of Amston; and her sister Nelly Misteri of Berlin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
