She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Lewchik; her parents, Joseph and Stephania (Tajmajer); her granddaughter Allison Rose; her siblings, Joseph M. Krolikowski, Mary Dubowski, Agnes Ksiazek, Jennie Rudzinski and Caroline Sikora; and her son-in-law Stanley H. Rose III.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Lewchik (Mary) of Newington, Karen Rose of Atlanta, GA, Gail Bernaiche (Wayne) of Vernon, Cynthia Wagner (Daniel) of Southington, Philip Lewchik of Berlin, Audrey Bradley (Robert) and Michael Lewchik (Robert Worster); her grandchildren, Heather Strauss (Karl), Brent Lewchik (Jami), Bryan Lewchik (Megan), Kimberly Patterson (Sam), Christopher, Whitney Rose, Nicholas, Austin Bernaiche, Michael, George, John and William Bradley; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Hailey Strauss, Jack, Dace Lewchik, Connor, Madelyn Patterson and Rowan Lewchik; her sister Nellie Glemboski; and her close friend Joanne Meisterling of Berlin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
