He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Scalzi, Sr. and Sheila Scalzi (Halko); his brother-in-law Kevin C. Bengtson; his father-in-law Gerald E. Lambert; and his stepfather-in-law Herman R. Schmarr, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kristie Scalzi (Lambert); his children, Anthony F. Scalzi and Amanda M. Scalzi; his siblings, Terri (Scalzi) Soohey (Bob) and Mark Scalzi (Stephanie); his mother-in-law Ava Schmarr; his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Bengtson (Joe) and Kelly Lagace (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Robert, Stephen, Julia, Alexander, Annabelle and Ava. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Fred's name may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
