He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Fagan and Ann Fagan (Spring) of Berlin; his wife Barbara Marsh; his children, Christine Fagan (William Demartino) of Middletown, Janet Whitehill of East Berlin and Michael Fagan of Berlin; his grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha and Ben Whitehill; and his sisters, Nancy Dubuc of Berlin, Jane Georgini of Berlin and Marjorie Aguzzi of Berlin.
