We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, at the age of 91, Conrad Swanson of Kensington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Swanson and Karl Eskil Swanson; his wife Nancijeanne Swanson; and his grandson Chase Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Marc Swanson of Quaker Hill, CT, Eric Swanson of Southbury, CT, Leah Carbonell (Vincent) of Berlin, CT and Lynn Swanson of Berlin; his grandchildren, Alexandra Hull (Brendon), Samantha Carbonell, Vincent Carbonell, Mitchell Swanson and McKenna Anderson; and his friends, Jim Rabis, Charlie Colorisi, Bob Fuller and Kathy Scacca.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home of Berlin (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Maple Cemetery (1165 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, CT 06037). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the same location.
