He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon J. Gwiazdowski and Mary Gwiazdowski (Cholewa); and his brother Bill (Mary). He is survived by: his children, Anthony Gwiazdowski (Catherine Lombardi) of West Warwick, RI, Michael Gwiazdowski (Joan) of Voluntown, Suzanne Barber (Brad) of Voluntown, AnneMarie Watrous (Curt) of Quaker Hill, James Gwiazdowski of Griswold and David Gwiazdowski (Michele Kelly); his grandchildren, Mary Corcoran (Gwiazdowski), Stephanie Post (Barber), Zachary McGrath, Timothy Gwiazdowski, Michael Gwiazdowski, Eric Barber, Kate Gwiazdowski, Joseph Gwiazdowski and Autumn Gwiazdowski; his siblings, Dorothy Sardo of Griswold and Richard Gwiazdowski (Sally) of Brooklyn; and his wife Beverly. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
