She is survived by: her mother Angela Jr. of Jewett City; her stepfather Roger Deojay, Jr. of Jewett City; her father Louis Piatek, Jr.; her grandparents, Frank Jr. of Jewett City and Beth White, Jr. of Jewett City; her great-grandparent Frank White, Sr.; her grandparents, Carol Lavallee of Griswold, George Lavallee of Griswold, Roger Deojay, Sr and Sharon Deojay, Sr; her siblings, Roger Deojay III of New London, Hailey Piatek of Jewett City and Hailey Deojay of Sterling; and her godparents, Jon Botello of Voluntown and Katie Botello of Voluntown. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncle and cousins.
