“With a very sad heart, I say goodbye to my BIG SIS of almost 52 years. Met Joyce the first day of school at Norwich Tech (Sept 1972), and she has always been a part of my heart ever since then. Some classmates don't even remember who their assigned "BIG SIS" was, but Joyce and I have never parted, until now. Skip and family. I extend my deepest sympathy.
