He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Barr and Estelle Barr (Shorey); his wife Lorraine (Church); and his siblings, Wayne, Lee, Richard, Delores "Pat" (Trudeau) and Nancy (Brackett).
He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis and Glenn; his nieces and nephews, Gordon "Joey" and Lee; and his daughters, Cindy (Wheeler) and Tammy (Henn). He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
