It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Feliska Cholewa (Jewett City, Connecticut), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Brzyska and Petrisia Brzyska (Silkiewicz); her former spouse Mitchel Cholewa; her grandchildren, Vinny and Caitlin; her son Michael J Cholewa (Mary) of Griswold; her grandsons, Jason M Cholewa (Ariel Weisman) of Lynchburg, Virginia and James "Vinny" Cholewa (Ani); her husband Mitchell; her sister Sophie Minta; and her stepbrother Henry Polaski.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Griswold Senior Center or Ronald McDonald House.
