She was predeceased by: her husband Paul. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Anne Goodrich (Tony Carneiro), Don Paul Whitehead (Debbie Lemoi), Claire and Richard Gionet; her grandchildren, Alexander, Jessie Erdmann, Nathanial, Rachel Erdmann, Victoria, Jake LaBonte, Jordan and Rachel Gionet; and her cousin Lucienne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to Voluntown Fire Department, who were so kind and of service to both Doris and Paul throughout the years, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or The CT Audubon Society.
