Frances Marie Davidson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Marie Davidson of Ivoryton, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Lobus and Theresa Lobus (Kleehammer); her husbands, Walter O'Dell (Walt) and George Davidson; her son Gerald O'Dell (Dawn); her grandchildren, Nicole and Jonathan; and her great grandchild Kieran.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Gladding, Joan Roche (Peter), David O'Dell (Darlene), Gary O'Dell (Gina) and Terri Finkeldey (Drew). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home (34 Main St, Centerbrook, CT 06409). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (14 Prospect St, Essex, CT 06426).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Fran's name to the Lower Valley Visiting Nurses, 1 Main Street, Suite 5, Centerbrook, CT 06409 or to Middlesex Hospice, 28 Crescent Street, Middletown, CT 06457.
