He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clayton Harlow and Minnie Harlow (Pauco); his wife Patricia; his children, Stephen S. Harlow, Jr. (Lynn) of Haddam, Susan Bell (David) of Old Saybrook, Joyce Harlow of Durham and Lisa Harlow of Higganum; his brothers, Robert Harlow of Haddam and Lloyd "Ted" Harlow of Higganum; his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew Malone, Cody, Cassie, Carmen Harlow and Araceli-Patricia Harlow; his pet Foxy; and his siblings, Richard Harlow and Bernice Cogliantry.
