He is survived by: his wife Irene; his siblings, Deirdre Cobb Penland of West Harford, CT, Jenifer Cobb Kohlhas (John) of Philadelphia, PA, Phillip Cobb (Nancy) of Holbrook, AR, Jeffrey Cobb (Lisa LaRochelle) of Plainfield, CT and William Cobb (Marylou) of Lisbon, CT; his brother-in-law John Oktavec (Kathy) of Lorton, VA; his nieces, Julia, Marineka, Katherine, Jessica, Erica, Samantha, Rachel, Emily, Margaret, Sophia, Stephanie and Leslie; his nephew Glenn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ripley, Ryan, Sloane, Anthony, Oliver, Theodore, Benjamin, Max and Jake.
