He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Radziwon and Doris Radziwon (Hill); and his siblings, Robert Radziwon and Helen Perham. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Radziwon (Penfield); his sisters, Ann Lorraine Radziwon of Middletown and Betty Bengtson of Middletown; his stepmother-in-law Ann Penfield of Cave Creek, AZ; and his nieces and nephews, Bill, Steve, Debbie, Kym, Heather and Beverlyann.
