He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Williams, Sr. and Lillian Williams (Walter); and his sister Joan Butler. He is survived by: his wife Edith Williams (Bartman); his children, Richard L. Williams (Edie) of Haddam and Lisa Ogilvie (Jeffrey) of Higganum; his sister Margaret Svihovec of Middletown; and his grandchildren, Kelly Bouchard (Joseph) of Southington, Richard K. Williams of East Hampton, Jennifer Ogilvie (Craig Evans) and Wesley Ogilvie of Higganum, CT. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Those who wish may send memorial donations to the Haddam Volunteer Fire Company or Higganum Congregational Church.
