He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeFrancesco and Matilda DeFrancesco (Riccitelli); and his brother Joseph DeFrancesco of Waterbury. He is survived by: his wife Pauline DeFrancesco (Fontaine); his children, Michael DeFrancesco, Jr. (Nora) of Cheshire, Joseph DeFrancesco (Alicia) of Middletown, John DeFrancesco of Newington, Stephen O'Meara (Denise) of Mineral, VA, Denise O'Meara of Bloomfield and Jim O'Meara (Georgia) of South Windsor; his siblings, Paul DeFrancesco (Ellen) of Cheshire and Erma DeFrancesco of Waterbury; and his sister-in-law Adele DeFrancesco of Waterbury. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a great grandchild; also several nieces and nephews.
