He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Moulton and Ruth Moulton (Tucker); and his brother Phillip Moulton. He is survived by: his siblings, Merilyn Nutting of Hopedale and Daniel Moulton (Barbara Baker) of Holliston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
