He is survived by: his wife Dora Ramsey (Gutierrez); his son Donald J. Ramsey, Jr. (Emily) of Higganum; his stepson Peter Gutierrez of Higganum; his stepgrandchildren, Peter Gutierrez Jr. and Angelica Gutierrez; and his sister Ann Ramsey-Cubeta (Joe) of Cromwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
