He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Butler Skinner and Clifford M. Skinner, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey J. Roberts (Skip) and Clifford M. Skinner, Jr.; his nephews, Rick Johnson, Jr. (Rene) and Steven Johnson (Liz); and his niece Karen Holcomb (Steve).
