With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Parmelee of Higganum, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on May 18, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Leon and Alice Parmelee (Stacy) of Higganum, CT.; and his siblings, Donna Bryant (Parmelee), Erwin "Bill" Parmelee and Harold "Hal" Parmelee.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parmelee (Kadrle); his daughters, Elaine Jackson (Seth) and Ellen McKay; and his grandchildren, Nicole Howard (John), Eric Jackson (Haley Pinkham), Casey Jackson and Kayla McKay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
