John Makowicz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Makowicz of Hebron, Connecticut, born in Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Makowicz and Apolonia Makowicz (Kogut); his wife Isabelle Podosek; and his children, Michael and Susan.
He is survived by: his children, David Makowicz (Heather), Paul Makowicz (Leighsa) and Linda Adams (Jonathan); and his sisters, Helen Bubien, Alice Saczawa and Frances Bednarczyk. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
