We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 78, John Hugh Banks of Hebron, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Banks and Margaret Banks (McGovern); and his brother Earl. He is survived by: his son John; his wife Judy; his children, Liza Talbot (Justin) of Austin, TX and Hugh Banks of Norwalk; his brothers, Robert Banks (Margaret) of Coventry and David Banks (Cathy) of Wells, ME; and his sister-in-law Ellen Banks of Littleton, MA. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
