He is survived by: his wife Candace Blasko; his son Adam Phelps of Florida; his siblings, Lawrence (Joanne Phelps) of Windsor, Catherine Phelps (Christine Neurath) of Windsor, Susan McAuliffe of Tolland and Priscilla (Jim Madden) of Berlin, NH; and his pets, Holly and Haley.
