He is survived by: his wife Rita McCullough; his children, Erin Fitch, Paul McCullough (Caitlin) and Mark McCullough (Shelaine); and his siblings, Patricia Dorff (Charlie), Daniel McCullough, Kevin McCullough, Mary-Ellen List (Michael) and John McCullough.
