She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Short and Helen Short (Holt); her sons, Louis Tibbals III and Richard Tibbals; and her sister Margaurite May.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Tibbals Jr.; her son Charles Tibbals (Isabelle); and her sister Frances Arbogast.
