He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Fagnand and Bertha M. Fagnand (Maginnis); his daughter Susan E. Fagnand; and his sister Margaret Gould. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Fagnand (Armitage); his son Joseph H. Fagnand, Jr. of Wellford, SC; his grandchildren, Joseph H. Fagnand, III, Pamela G. Couturier-Wytas and James D. Couturier; and his great grandchildren, Sophia G. Fagnand, Adaline R. Fagnand and Jade D. Theriault.
