He was predeceased by: his father James Rayburn Bechert; and also, Spurgeon and Phyllis Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Deschene Bechert of Burlington; his siblings, Sally Bechert Robinson (Amos) of Mansfield, MA, William Francis Bechert (Kim) of Unionville and Amy Bechert (Emily); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Taylor (Toni) of Wolcott and Cindy MacDonald of Leesburg, FL.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (90 Church Ave, Bristol, CT 06010). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
