He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rybak and Agnes Rybak (Michulec). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Rybak (Wanklin); his children, Attorney Michael Rybak, Sr. (Diane) of Harwinton, Kathleen Rybak of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Timothy Rybak of Torrington and Terrence Rybak (Kyung Hee) of Alton Bay, NH; his grandchildren, Jason Delay (Tracie), Andrea Cawthorne (Richard), Patrick Delay (Kerry), Attorney Michael Rybak, Jr. (Casey) and Matthew Rybak; his niece Julianne Winters; and his nephew Daniel Kandefer, Jr. (Mary Ann). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
