McDonald-Barnes; his sons, Ernest III of Harwinton and David McDonald (Danielle) of West Cornwall; his brother-in-law William Dudley of Winsted; his sister Elizabeth Burkhart of Torrington; his brother-in-law Glen K. Burkhart of Winter Haven; and his niece Jessica Burkhart. He is also survived by three grandsons.
