He is survived by: his wife Jolanta Dworak (Pawlaczyk); his siblings, Robert (Henryka Dworak) of Farmington, Waldemar (Jessica Dworak) of Cromwell, Elzbieta (Marek Lukasik) of South Windsor and Grazyna (Marian Krasowski) of New Britain; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Pawlaczyk (Elzbieta) of Plantsville and Elzbieta Dworak of Reda, Poland.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
