She was predeceased by: her siblings, Willie Clarence Lamar, Mildred Davis and Gladys Lanier. She is survived by: her sisters, Susie Johnson of Hartford, Gaye Hunt of Georgia and Delores "Betty" Williams of White Plains, MD; and her close friend George Garnes of Wethersfield. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery (1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002). A repast was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 2121 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120.
