He was predeceased by: his brothers, Marvell A. Meadows and Thomas L. Meadows Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Asia M. Meadows of New Britain; his granddaughters, Kenya N. Johnson and Bailey M. Ledbetter of New Britain; his stepfather Richard E. Allen of Hartford; and his siblings, Tyrone S. Meadows Sr. (Sandra) of Windsor and Millicent L. Meadows of Hartford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
