He was predeceased by: his father Wade F. Foote Jr.; and his brother Wade F. Foote. He is survived by: his mother Inez Foote of Hartford; his sons, Timothy Foote Jr. of Norwich and Jonathan Foote of New Britain; his sister Julie (Samuel Peters) of East Hartford; his nieces and nephews, Adrienne Peters of Hartford and Jilliane Peters of New Britain; his brother David (Michelle Foote) of Bloomfield; his nieces and nephews, David and Kiara Foote of Orlando, FL; and his brother Steven Foote of Bloomfield. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and neighborhood friends.
Donations will be accepted in lieu of flowers to Inez Foote.
