It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shachia Leneata Walton of Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Barry Walton; and her grandparents, Edna Walton and Gilbert McGriff. She is survived by: her mother Marcella McGriff-Walton; her fiancé Tommy Allen; her son Zaire Allen; and her siblings, Jerrod McGriff, Devon Walton of Hartford, CT and Bernadette Williams of Berlin, CT. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
