With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Santiaga Rivera of Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Rivera and Margara Gonzalez. She is survived by: her son Domingo Franco of Hartford, CT; her grandson Obed Franco; and her siblings, Jose Ramon, Justo Antonio, Ismael and Josefina Rivera. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
